Mutual funds are beings sent by satan to mess up the market and our funds. Gold ETF’s are better and of course safer, infact if it’s gold you will make money.
Although I would strongly advise buying gold inglots, pure 99.999% pure.
I have been studying economics for a number of years and calculated gold to cost $2000 an ounce around july of 2009

Only if your crystal ball is working properly and can predict when the price of gold is going to go up and when it is going to go down. Otherwise they are riskier.
