I just checked my investments with my 401K and UGH—- I saw a lot of red. I know the general advice is to wait this out… and I don’t expect to get specific advice here because people get paid for such advice (and I’d be hesitant to act on advice from a stranger anyhow)… however, looking at my portfolio would you say I need professional advice or would you say my mix is okay for someone 46 years old and eager to retire asap? Also, what do you know about Morningstar?
Balanced: Vanguard Wellington Fund 31%
Bond: Pimpco Total Return Fund 4%
Core Stock: AmFunds Growth fund of America 3%
Core Stock: Vanguard Windsor II Fund 19%
Aggressive Stock: Artisan Mid Cap Value Fund 21%
Aggressive Stock: Artisan Mid Cap Fund 7%
International Stock: DFA International Value Fund 15%
