Hello,
for my college application to an art school, it’s required that I send in a digital CD/DVD portfolio of my photography.
The problem is, I have no idea how to create a digital portfolio.
Does anyone know how I can do this?
There are some restrictions though; it can’t be in a powerpoint format, or quicktime, or any other slideshow programs.
I also don’t own photoshop so I can’t create one using that.
so….help?
they said they did not want powerpoint used because it degrades the quality of the photographs
digital photography portfolios?

You need a friend with a photo editor like PhotoShop or iPhoto.
Next best thing would be to pay a pro to do it. (isn’t cheap)!!

First make a Photo Album with PowerPoint
Then convert your Photo Album to DVD with Leawo PowerPoint to DVD(http://www.leawo.com/powerpoint-to-dvd/ ),then you can easily play your DVD slideshow with a DVD-player.

well, you can use powerpoint to build your photography (with “Photo Album” feature in PowerPoint). Then take a PowerPoint to DVD burner to burn the photo slideshow to a DVD disk. E.g. Moyea PPT to DVD Burner Edu, free download at http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/ppt-to-dvd-education/
Get some idea from the essay “Create a DVD Photo Album Using PowerPoint”, http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/ppt-to-dvd-tips/create-dvd-album.html

The “Photo Album” feature in PowerPoint lets you to build your photography with ease. Then use PowerPoint to DVD burner to burn the photography slideshow to a DVD with Acoolsoft PPT2DVD
