there are several different ways of organizing (e.g. more hierarchical vs. more “flat”) and different styles of management. depends on the nature of the company as to what works best.

Is that the whole question? Don’t you need to know what the business does, how many employees they have, etc.?
Or are you to come up with the business yourself?
I’ve taken several courses on organizational structure and I’ve even made an organizational chart to give to an FDA inspector for UPS Supply Chain Solutions’ Healthcare Quality Assurance division, but I need more info to answer your question.
