Should I keep my business or fly solo?

Ok, im in college, 20 years old, and have my own little small web/media design business. I have 7 people on my “crew” that we as a “team” try to complete projects for clients. Well lately, nobody is doing what they are supposed to do, and no one is serious.

Our current client right now, we have been late to finish her website like three times, and the other staff were working on it. It’s making my company name look bad.

So should I just cut everything, and start over fresh, go solo, using my real name as my portfolio/design business name, like John Doe Interactive, or stay with my current business and try to work things out?
yeah, and remember, im in college, studying interactive media design (web/graphic design), and everyone else is in college also…but yeah i think i wanna go solo
i would like to go solo and just do freelancing work (well its a freelancing styled business, and everyone is mostly for theirselves, except for big man projects)

Given China and India’s growth, should I rethink what a diversified portfolio looks like?

I’m investing for a 30+ year horizon and I have a hypothesis that I should put the majority of my money in index funds tied to the stock markets of India (India Index Exchange Traded Note) and China (iShares FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index) because those are economies of growth. I have heard that American companies such as GE, Gillete, P&G, Coca-Cola, etc. will benefit by serving these countries, but I still think that foreign firms based in those countries will better understand and take advantage of those markets. Furthermore, why should I assume that the American markets are any more safe for my money than China or India? From an education standpoint, the U.S. is not looking too competitive 20 or 30 years from now and that is not good for an economy that is dependent on innovation. For my equity investments I was thinking of this distribution:

Fidelity Asset Manager (85%) – 20%
India Index Exchange Traded Note (INP) – 40%
iShares FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index (FXI) – 40%

How much money should i have to invest without risking my future?

and as a first time investor should i choose Bonds or stocks?

I’m making a portolio for me, but once i’m not much experienced, i don’t have much work and stuff to place there.. i need ideas to fill it.

I’ve already placed artwork pictures (gallery), description, CV details, my contact, about me, homepage….

I just need to fill it with something more, don’t know what -.-

tried an mp3 player but it needed xml to work with html, and i don’t know how to do it.

any ideas?

How big should my zipper binder be for high school?

I got a 3″ binder, but it seems really big and there are no extra pockets. I’m going to clean out my binder after each semester. So do I need a 3″ binder or a 2″. I only want to have one binder; a zipper binder. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

When should I take my money out of stock mutual funds?

I’m 51 years old. Probably retiring when I’m around 65.

I’m thinking of taking most of my stock mutual funds out when let’s say for simplicity when DOW reaches around 12,000-14,000.

It maybe years away, but is this a good strategy?

I told myself couple years ago that if DOW went over 14,000 I was going to change my portfolio away from stock mutual funds and I did not follow my instincts!

Now I’m down about 22%

I’m in 11 grade and this summer i’m going to a summer college coarse for architecture. i need 5 pieces but im not exactly sure what to make them…the requirement says 5 still life and figure drawings and 5 of applicants choice. i have my 5 still life/figure done what should i do for my other 5?
